Tilly Tumbletoes Books

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026

This privacy policy explains what information Tilly Tumbletoes Books ("we", "us"), made by G&N, collects when you visit this website and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

This site is for grown-ups

Our books are for children, but this website is for parents, caregivers and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). Our sign-up and contact forms ask you to confirm you're an adult and to leave out details about your child. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

What we collect

  • Newsletter ("new letter alerts"). If you sign up, we collect your email address only. It is stored by our email provider (Kit, formerly ConvertKit, or MailerLite) so we can tell you about new Tilly books and send free printables. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Contact form. If you send a message, we receive your name, email, topic and message through Formspree, a form-handling service, so we can reply.
  • Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites and does not collect personal information.
  • Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

We do not set advertising cookies, we do not sell or rent your information, and we never ask for your child's name, age, photo or other personal details.

Links to Amazon

Our "Buy on Amazon" buttons take you to Amazon.com. Some are Amazon Associates affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). Once you're on Amazon, Amazon's own privacy notice and cookie policy apply, and Amazon may use cookies to record that you arrived from our site.

How long we keep information

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, and contact messages only as long as we need them to help you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, use our contact form.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
