Our story
A clumsy, brave little girl, a very tall hat and 26 letters to discover.
Who is Tilly Tumbletoes?
Tilly is a little girl with a big cloud of curly brown hair, a long red buttoned coat, purple and yellow striped stockings and red sneakers. On her head sits a tall brown top hat with a band of daisies, and that hat is where every adventure begins.
When Tilly taps her hat, out pops a letter card. A sends her tumbling into an apple orchard, up into space and across the savanna. B will need all her bravery. Tilly trips, slips and topples over just about everything, but she always gets back up, dusts herself off and keeps going.
We think that's a pretty good lesson for anyone learning something new, especially their ABCs.
Made by G&N
Tilly Tumbletoes is created by G&N, a small independent team who believe the best early learning doesn't feel like learning at all. Our motto is simple: learning through play.
We wanted a coloring book that did a bit more than keep little hands busy. So every page in the Alphabet Adventures series has a hidden letter to find, a color word to learn and a funny line to read together, all wrapped up in a story about a girl who never gives up.
We publish through Amazon, so our books are easy to find, quick to arrive and simple to order for a whole classroom. One letter at a time, we're working our way from A all the way to Z.
